There is no charge to join the Resale Register.

Owners wishing to register must have all maintenance and finance payments up to date.

We cannot guarantee the sale or purchase of any apartment registered

A £325 transfer fee will be charged on completion of sale

If your week(s) is not sold within one year from the date you register in our Resales Register you will have to renew your registration.
