How do I bank a Floating Week? |

Why has my Banking Request been refused? |
Firstly check that the maintenance has been paid
for any week you wish to bank and that you have the correct unit
and week numbers. If you still have problems our customer care
department will be happy to help you with any banking problems.

What do I need to do in order to
complete a Transfer of Ownership? |
Contact resales@petcheyleisure.com for
a transfer form. A form will then be sent to you for completion.
A covering letter will explain which sections you need to complete
and which sections the new owner needs to complete.

Is there a fee to pay
for Transfer of Ownership? |
Yes. The fee depends on the type of
transfer.

Asked Questions about Maintenance Payments |

When will my maintenance fees become
due? |
Fees will be due under the terms and conditions
of your annual invoice unless you wish to Spacebank before the
due date. |

When will payment be taken if I have a Direct
Debit or Credit/Debit Card mandate set up? |
Payment will be taken two weeks after
the date of the invoice. If you have a Credit/Debit Card mandate
please ensure the expiry date is valid at that time. |
